Beauty

Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.


Hydrate yourself well:


Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is good for all around health and skin. If its warm water nothing like it. It also helps with digestion. Plain water is the best. No carbonated water. Alcohol is known to dehydrate your skin.


Cleanse all the way through:
Cleanse not only the skin outward but cleanse your inside too. Drinking lots of warm water, intake of healthy balanced diet, avoiding greasy and salty foods also enhances the glow of the skin.


For dry skin:
Make and apply this home made mask using honey, lemon and Olive oil. Apply and leave it on for 10 min and rinse it off with just water. Do this before going to bed.


Homemade Cleanser:
Mix up a paste of oatmeal, yogurt and water. Apply the mixture to your face, let it sit for 10 min., them rinse off with cool water. That way you want the contents are and need not waorry about allergy.


Homemade Moisturizer:
Blend together a banana and milk until smooth. Leave it on your face for half an hour then rinse it off with cold water. You will have soft and supple skin .


Homemade Conditioner:
For virtually all types of hair you can use Peppermint oil to massage in order to condition your hair. For both deep cleaning and conditioning, Eucalyptus oil works great.


Homemade Mouthwash and Breath freshener:
Mix 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp Baking soda with a glass of warm water.


You can also use clove. Chewing on a clove makes your breath smell fresh


Pricier is not always better:
Look for proven quality when buying cometics. Costly products doesn't mean that its all good. Do your research to find out what best suits you.


Skin to look fresh:
Exercise at least a few minutes a day. A brisk walk can go a long way. It clears your mind and helps with your metabolism. Again hydrate yourself well by drinking warm water.


Wear Sunscreen:
Protect your skin from the sun. Wear sunscreen even if its for a shorter duration.
